Window Medic replaced a double glazed unit and made some repairs to other windows. Extremely happy with their professional service throughout. They assessed the windows and walked me through what work was necessary now and what could be delayed. I really appreciated their honesty. These gents just installed all new windows and doors for us. What a transformation! The guy who came out to look first really went out of his way to help us design everything giving us all the information we needed to come to a decision on the products we wanted. The surveyor was meticulous in his approach and took his time making sure everything was going to fit perfectly. The fitters were incredible and caused zero fuss working around our other trades on site. The other trades also commented to us about how professional they were . All dealings with the office staff & installation manager were also perfect. I wont hesitate to recommend them 🙂

I am so happy with my new windows that I’m seriously considering adding a conservatory now. Gordon was my salesperson and he answered all the questions I had and gave me a good deal too. He was upfront about delivery dates and appreciated his caring approach. The fact that he was informed, friendly and not pushing a sale made me feel relaxed about my purchase. And to his word, delivery and install was exactly the time frame he gave me. Happy to recommend this company and will leave another review once I get my new conservatory.

I used them to do a few small repairs a couple of years back and have just had them back to install a new conservatory. I can honestly say they are the best company I have ever dealt with. Not just in double glazing but across the board, they turn up on time every time and do exactly what they say they are going to do at a competitive price and top quality work. If all trades conducted themselves like this then renovating my home would have been a breeze!

Workmanship was incredibly good and has a keen eye for detail. I am a retired carpenter so can see the level of expertise they have. My windows were not a straightforward install either which put other companies off. I would highly recommend.

It was great doing business with The Window Medic team. They were very friendly and professional, and keen to ensure I was happy with all of the work before they left site. I had 14 new flush sash upvc windows. My wife and i are thrilled with them!

We used another company for the back windows on our house last year and we were very unhappy with the finishing off and quality of the product. The make of windows we had on the back are ‘’Halo’’. We contacted the window medic and we could tell from the first visit we were dealing with perfectionists. We our thrilled with the finishing and the product they use which is called ‘’Rehau’’ is on a completely different level and can tell they are built to last. 10/10
